UPDATE - Serious crash SH 14, Tangiteroria

Police can confirm one person has died following a crash on SH 14, Tangiteroria.
 
Police and emergency services were called to the crash involving a car and a pedestrian around 8am. 
 
Despite medical assistance, the person has died at the scene. 
 
The Serious Crash Unit is in attendance.
