Welcome to the April issue of Ten-One Community Edition. This month we see how links forged with the Chinese community paid off with swift arrests in the Zhao kidnapping case, we talk to two NZ Police officers who will help Afghanistan rebuild a police force destroyed by years of civil war, and we join police recruiters at two of New Zealand’s largest cultural festivals.

We also bring you details of a programme to reduce vehicle crime and information about the new Secondhand Dealers and Pawnbrokers Act.
