Case 1: Bilkey & Co Aggravated Robbery, Remuera
On Wednesday 3rd of February 2010 at approximately 5.20pm the premises of Bilkey & Co, a jewellery shop, situated at 409 Remuera Road, Remuera was the scene of an aggravated robbery.
Two offenders entered the shop and threatened staff with a large screwdriver. They stole $300,000 worth of jewellery, cash and diamonds. When the offenders left the shop they walked to St Vincent Avenue and got into a stolen 1994 white Honda Civic LXi that was later located in the Countdown Greenlane car park.
Offender 1 is described as:
- Male
- Slim to medium athletic build
- 6 foot 2 inches or possibly taller
- Brown coloured skin
He was wearing:
- Black baseball cap
- Black jacket with collar up
- Dark Gloves
- Sunglasses with dark lenses
- Dark coloured pants
- White and blue sneakers
- Carrying a bag
Offender 2 is described as:
- Male
- Slim to medium build
- Approximately 6 foot tall
- Brown skin
He was wearing:
- Blue top with hood
- Cap of some kind
- Gloves
- Sunglasses with dark lenses
- Blue trousers
- White Sneakers
- Carrying a bag

Case 4: Mana BP Attempted Aggravated Robbery, Porirua
Porirua Police are investigating an aggravated burglary of the Mana BP on Friday the 13th of November last year.
The petrol station was closed at 2:17am when the offenders used a shotgun to shoot the glass doors open.
Once inside, they attempted to open the safe behind the counter by firing at it and then forcing entry using a hammer and chisel, which was unsuccessful, so they left empty-handed.
The offenders made their getaway in a Nissan Cefiro that had been stolen from a residential address in Whitby prior to the robbery.
They were last seen at the Water Ski Club on Grays Road where the Nissan was abandoned and set alight.
The first offender is described as:
- Male
- Caucasian or light-skinned Maori or Pacific Islander
- Under about 182cm / 6 foot
- Thin to medium build
He was wearing:
- Blue and white hooded sweatshirt with horizontal stripes on the body and vertical striped on the hood
- Green or grey balaclava with large eyeholes
- Red dishwashing gloves
- Blue jeans
- Black shoes with white soles
- Carrying a large black bag
The second offender is described as:
- Male
- Caucasian or light-skinned Maori or Pacific Islander
- Under about 182cm / 6 foot
- Thin to medium build
He was wearing:
- Blue or grey rain coat
- Black balaclava
- Black gloves
- Gold watch on right wrist
- Blue jeans
