Send files relating to a crime you've already reported. Use this form ONLY if:

  • you have already reported a non-emergency crime or incident to your local Police station and have been given a reference number
  • and you need to send files relating to this crime or incident

If you want to report a crime or advise of a matter you would like police to investigate please phone or visit your nearest Police Station. If you can't find the answer to your query in our Frequently Asked Questions you can make a general enquiry.

Missing persons

Provide information about a Missing Person. All information submitted will be treated as confidential. NZ Police do not investigate cases where family have lost contact with each other - please refer to family tracing sites on the internet or family_tracing@nzf.salvationarmy.org.
