An 18-year-old man will be appearing in Tauranga District Court tomorrow (Thursday, 8 January) charged with the sexual violation of two women in their Tauranga homes and the assault of a third woman.
The man was arrested after an incident in the early hours of Tuesday morning (6 January).
In relation to that incident he has been charged with sexual violation by rape of one woman, and the assault with a weapon of a second woman at that same address.
He has further been charged with the sexual violation of a woman at her home on 4 July, 2014.
Both incidents occurred at addresses in the Greerton suburb of Tauranga.
As the matter is before the court there will be no further police comment.
