Second vehicle of interest to the homicide investigation

Investigators have released a second vehicle of interest to the homicide investigation in to the killing of Mei Fan.

Police are appealing for any sightings of the vehicle in the Miramar area, or anywhere else in Wellington, on 8 November 2013, the last day Mei was seen alive.

Detective Senior Sergeant John van den Heuvel says "We now have information that the vehicle was in the Miramar area on 8 November and are appealing for any sightings of  it".

"We're not making any assumptions as to who was driving the vehicle so we are also interested in any information about the occupants, what they were doing and what were they wearing".

The vehicle is a Brown Toyota Corona sedan which was missing the passenger-side front hub cap.
