Police can confirm one person has died following a crash in Wellsford on 4 September.
The three-vehicle crash occurred on State Highway 1, near River Road, at about 2pm.
One person was critically injured and sadly died in hospital this morning as a result of their injuries.
The Serious Crash Unit completed a scene examination and enquiries into the circumstances of the crash remain ongoing.
