A third man being sought in relation to a shooting and a home invasion in Tauranga and a shooting in Hamilton has been arrested overnight.
The 44-year-old Tauranga man will appear at Tauranga District Court today charged with two counts of attempted murder, aggravated burglary, wounding to cause grievous bodily harm, attempting to pervert the course of justice and possession of LSD.
Two other men, aged 35 from Hamilton, are due to appear in Tauranga District Court on Wednesday, 3 October in relation to incidents.
The District Court has suppressed victim details.
As the matter is now before the courts no further comment will be made by Police.
