A family violence helpline and webchat to help people understand unsafe relationships and find next steps. Call 0800 456 450, 24/7.

Children's Flexi Fund
Police information about funding that may support children, tamariki, and rangatahi wellbeing following family harm. Applications are made by eligible workers or agencies supporting the child or whānau.

Pet Refuge
Temporary shelter and care for pets while people escape family violence. Call 0800 PET REFUGE or 0800 738 733 843, or email help@petrefuge.org.nz.

Shakti
Culturally specialist family violence help for Asian, African and Middle Eastern women and children. Call 0800 SHAKTI or 0800 742 584, 24/7.

Shine

Women's Refuge

Sexual harm

Specialist help for people affected by sexual harm, sexual abuse, or sexual assault.

ACC Sensitive Claims
ACC may fund therapy and other support for people who have experienced sexual abuse or assault. You can start through Safe to Talk or use FindSupport to look for a therapy provider.

Shama Ethnic Women’s Trust

National Cyber Security Centre
Report cyber security incidents such as online scams, malware, unauthorised access, data breaches, or ransomware. For help completing the reporting tool, call 0800 114 115, Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm.
