In November 2019, Cabinet approved the Transnational Organised Crime Strategy (the Strategy). The Strategy provides a framework for a more coordinated, whole-of-system response to TNOC, with the vision of making New Zealand the hardest place in the world for organised criminal groups and networks to do business.
One of our Community Resilience Teams helped pack food parcels and hygiene packs at the Salvation Army in Mt Wellington recently. Working alongside the Salvation Army, the CR Team has been able to deliver food parcels to people in our communities who just need a bit of support.
