Transnational, Serious and Organised Crime (TSOC) Strategy and Action Plan 2026 - 2030

The Government has released a new Transnational, Serious and Organised Crime (TSOC) Strategy and Action Plan to build a more cohesive response by agencies to collectively address organised crime.

TSOC offending is wide ranging. It includes illicit drugs, firearms supply and migrant exploitation. It impacts the New Zealand economy through tax evasion, scams and fraud, taking millions of dollars out of the economy every year.
