Police are seeking witnesses to a potential assault which took place in Flaxmere overnight.
Witnesses found a man with significant facial injuries lying in Diaz Drive just after midnight on 16 November.
The man is now in hospital in a serious condition. His injuries at this stage are unexplained and Police would like to establish how he got to be there.
