Hutt Valley Police will conduct a media stand-up this afternoon at 2.45pm at the scene of a serious sexual assault near Melling Yesterday.
Detective Sergeant Nick Pritchard of Lower Hutt CIB will be available to provide comment to media.
The stand-up will be held alongside the Hutt riverbank in view of the scene.
Access is via Mills St, turn left off Connolly St, which runs off the junction with Rutherford St and Melling Road at BP Melling.
