Name release: Workplace death, Puramāhoi

Police can now name the man who died in a workplace incident in Puramāhoi, Tasman District, on 14 September.    He was Philip David Holt, aged 62.   Our sympathies are with his family and loved ones.   Enquiries into the circumstances of the death are ongoing.    ENDS   Issued by Police Media Centre.
