You must give the trespasser a reasonable amount of time to leave. If the person stays or takes an unreasonable time to leave, call 111 and ask for Police.
The trespasser must not return to your property/premises for two years. If they do, they will have committed an offence. Call 111 and ask for Police.
If they come back and then leave, you can report this online.
