Dispersal Notice: Apply for a Review

You can apply for a review if you believe a Dispersal Notice has not been issued in accordance with the requirements of the Gangs Act 2024.

You can only seek a review for yourself, or a lawyer can on your behalf.

Please accurately record all details and provide as much information as possible to help us process your application.

You will be advised of the Dispersal Notice Review decision within 48 hours of submission.
