A 49 year-old Parnell property developer has been arrested and will appear in the Auckland District Court this afternoon charged with possession of a firearm and presenting a firearm after an Armed Offender's Squad callout on Quay St this morning.
A 17 year-old unemployed male from the same Parnell address will also appear in the Auckland District Court today charged with possession of a pipe.
