Here's a tail worth wagging about: Foster pup Pebbles has been safely returned after being stolen last week. The North Shore Tactical Crime Unit were investigating after Pebbles was taken from her foster home on Friday and a 52-year-old local woman has now been charged with theft. It's a good result for Pebbles who's still looking for forever home.
