1 min read

Police are continuing to investigate the death of 40-year-old Dunedin man David Noah.

He was located deceased on Leckhampton Court on Wednesday 30 September.

Detective Senior Sergeant Hayden Smale says following a post-mortem examination, the death is still being treated as unexplained.

“The postmortem did not give us a clear cause of death, however it appears the victim has sustained injuries consistent with assault.

“Our enquiries suggest someone was present in the moments leading up to the deceased’s death.”

“We’re continuing to appeal to the public, as we believe there are people out there who know what has happened.

“We are now directly appealing to those people. Do the right thing and speak to us.”
