Māngere Road is blocked following a crash in Ōtāhuhu this evening.

Emergency services were called to the crash involving a vehicle and pedestrian about 5.50pm.

Motorists travelling on State Highway 2 in Wellington are being advised to take extra caution on the road this afternoon.

Motorists are advised an earlier crash on the Southern Motorway has now been cleared and lanes reopened.
