State Highway 29 is blocked following a two-vehicle crash, between the SH29 roundabout near the Hinuera quarry and Totman Road.
Emergency services were notified just before 6am.
The Serious Crash Unit have been notified.
Motorists are advised to take alternative routes or delay travel.
