The southbound lane of the Hawke's Bay Express Way in Pirimai, Napier, is blocked due to a broken-down tractor.
Police were notified around 11.30am of the incident between the Kennedy Road on-ramp and the Meeanee Road off-ramp.
There are no injuries, however motorists can expect significant delays while the tractor is being removed.
