One person has died following a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 2, Mangatāwhiri last night.
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 11.10pm.
Upon arrival, one person was sadly located deceased.
State Highway 2 is currently closed between the intersection with State Highway 1 and Koheroa Road.
The Serious Crash Unit has conducted a scene examination, and enquiries into the crash remain ongoing.
