Arrests in service station offences

1 min read

Mt Wellington Police investigating a series of thefts from service stations throughout greater Auckland over the past three months have arrested three teenaged boys and a 20 year-old young man.

All those arrested are unemployed and of no fixed abode.

The four will appear in the Auckland District Court tomorrow where three of them -- a 20 year-old and two 17 year-olds -- will be charged with four counts of burglary. Another 17 year-old will be charged with seven counts of burglary.

Detective Sergeant Stu Graham of Mt Wellington CIB says the investigations into those incidents will continue and it’s possible there will be further arrests in relation to them.
