Auckland schoolgirl missing: Serina Pula

1 min read

Auckland City Police are urging anyone who knows where 14 year-old schoolgirl Serina Pula is, to contact them.

Serina was last seen by family members in her home in Calgary St, Sandringham, at about 7am yesterday [Thursday] when she was preparing to go to Auckland Girls’ Grammar school. She was wearing the school uniform at the time.

She’s Polynesian of mixed Rarotongan and Samoan descent, stands about 5’4" tall and is of thin build. She has black, medium length "affro" style hair and usually catches a bus to school from near her home.

Members of her family in Sandringham, along with other immediate family members who live in Manukau, say Serina’s disappearance is unusual and disturbing.

They reported her missing to Police last evening at about 8pm after discovering she had not attended school yesterday. They say she would normally have returned home by about 4.30pm.

Anyone who knows where she is or who has information about her should contact the Balmoral Police – Sergeant Matt Srhoj or Constable Dan Egen – on either 09 6311 026 or 09 6311 018.
