Police have confirmed that the second body removed from under a house in Wainoni is that of Tisha Cecilia LOWRY who went missing on Thursday 25 September 2008. Formal identification has taken place.
Tisha was last seen by a family member around midday in the Hampshire Street area near her home and her family reported her missing on the following Sunday. She was 28 years old when she went missing.
Detective Inspector Tom Fitzgerald says that this is a tragic conclusion for a family who have waited a year for any information on their daughter, granddaughter, sister and friend.
