Police have today located and arrested a 49 year old Christchurch male for the robbery of a 90 year old lady in the car park of Countdown Supermarket, Colombo Street, Beckenham at last Friday, 18 September 2009
Detective Sergeant Ross Tarawhiti says the victim, was who was traumatised by this incident, is still recovering at home but is relieved this person has now been arrested.
The alleged offender is to appear in the Christchurch District Court on Tuesday 22 September on a charge of Robbery
