Manslaughter charges after crash

A 17 year old male will appear in court today on twelve charges including manslaughter.



These relate to the crash of a vehicle on Buckley's Road outside Eastgate Mall on 13 September this year. A 16 year old male, a passenger in a vehicle, died in the incident.



This crash is also the subject of a Police Complaints Authority investigation which is not yet complete.
