Grave fears for woman's safety

Police have grave fears for the safety of Vanessa Anne PICKERING.

Pickering has not been seen since leaving her home in New Brighton on Monday evening with her daughter (7 years).

Pickering is thought to be in the company of a 40 year old male. Police have a warrant for his arrest which relates to a sexual assault earlier on Monday 8 February 2010.
Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Pickering and the male should contact police immediately asks DSS Virginia Le Bas.

Vanessa Pickering is 27 years old, has blonde hair, and was wearing trousers and a brown jersey. Her daughter is currently being cared for by her family.

He male could be travelling in a blue/green Toyota Estima EFA 478.
