1 min read

At about 6.50 pm on Tuesday 10 January 2006, a robbery occurred at the Kirk Road Dairy, Templeton.

A male offender entered the dairy. He threatened the shop owners with a hammer before grabbing the cash register and running out of the dairy.

He got into a motor vehicle parked nearby with an accomplice who was driving.

The male shop owner gave chase in his vehicle and caught up with the offending vehicle at the intersection of Kirk Road and the Main West Coast Road.

There an altercation took place between the principal offender and the shop owner, resulting in the latter being assaulted.

In between both vehicles at that intersection was a 4WD motor vehicle, the occupants of which must have witnessed the above incident.

The Police ask that the driver of that vehicle please contact Detective Borlase at the Hornby Police Station, phone 3441-800.
