At about 3am on Friday the 27th of January, a male wearing dark clothing was seen at the scene of a suspicious fire in Woolston Park. The witness, a middle aged man on a scooter, was riding passed on his way to or from work.

The fire was started in a rubbish bin and the offender has set alight a lot of paper in a rubbish bin and ripped part of a building off to try and feed the fire.
