Two men and a woman arrested in Feilding following the discovery of drugs and cash have now been charged.

A police operation culminated in a search warrant being executed at a residential address in Ferndale Place, Feilding, yesterday afternoon (Monday, 22 November).

Over $40,000 was recovered, along with a small number of point bags of methamphetamine, cannabis, scales and documentation indicative of drug dealing. A large container of white powder was also recovered. At this stage it is unconfirmed whether the powder is methamphetamine or a precursor to manufacturing methamphetamine; forensic testing will be carried out.

A 45-year-old man from Feilding has been charged with conspiring to supply methamphetamine, possession for supply of methamphetamine and possession of material for manufacture of methamphetamine.

A 23-year-old woman from Hamilton has been charged with possession of cannabis, possession for supply of methamphetamine and permitting a vehicle to be used in the commission of offences against the Misuse of Drugs Act.

All three are appearing at Palmerston North District Court this afternoon.
