Police are looking for a black Ford Falcon vehicle that was stolen after an aggravated robbery in Whangärei last week.

About 4.30am on Thursday November 17 two men, aged 27 and 29 years, were parked outside the Information Centre on Otaika Road when a dark coloured vehicle pulled up in front of them.
Two men jumped out and pointed firearms at the victims and forced them to hand over their cellphones and wallets.

The offenders then took a 1999 black Falcon XR6, registration FUU612, which had a double spoiler on the back.

Police are looking for the stolen vehicle and would also like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or noticed any suspicious activity around that area at the time.

Anyone with information can contact Whangärei Police on 09 430 4500 or call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
