Whangärei Police would like to locate the owner of some stolen cameras that were located following a search warrant.

Following the search on a Whangärei address, Police have not been able to identify and locate the owner of the cameras.

However, they have recovered what appear to be photos of the owner from the camera cards.
The photos are of a trip around Europe and include some of a 2007 Marc Chagall exhibition at Nice in France.

If you are the owner of these cameras, Whangärei Police would like to hear from you and hopefully reunite you with your property.

Attached are some photos, which may help identify the owner of the cameras.

Anyone with information can contact Constable Logan Matheson at Whangärei Police on 09 430 4500.

For media inquiries contact Northland Police Communications Manager Sarah Kennett on 09 430 4525 or 027 494 1214.
