Team members' clubs stolen

Police want to know who the man was who, on March 24, entered an insecure storage room at the Pullman Hotel in Auckland's Waterloo Quandrant and stole golf clubs belonging to three members of the touring England Cricket Team.

The matter was reported to Police late last night as it was only when the team's belongings were being packed that the items were noticed missing.

Second hand dealers and traders are urged to report to Police if any or all of the following golf equipment is offered for sale:

• Taylor Made golf bag
• Ping putter
• Ping three wood
• Taylor Made R11 driver
• Set of Taylor Made R11 irons
• Set of Mizuno irons
• Black Adidas rain jacket

Footage obtained from the Pullman Hotel in the early hours of this morning, shows a Caucasian man wearing a grey polo-type shirt and who was carrying a bag over his shoulder on Sunday, March 24.
