Police say last night's fatal fire in Paraparaumu is not believed to be suspicious.
Detective Senior Sergeant Mike Oxnam, Porirua CIB, said the death will be referred to the coroner.
He said forensic identification is still needed to confirm the identity of the victim, believed to be a 34-year-old woman who was the sole occupant of the Aorangi Road house.
