A Saudi man, two New Zealand men and one woman face possession of cannabis for supply charges following the search of a car and a house in Hamilton overnight.
Acting Detective Sergeant Graham Pitkethley of the Waikato Crime Control Unit said the 25-year-old Saudi also faces possession of LSD and Ecstasy charges.
"The arrests result from the search of a car in Te Rapa in which about 12 ounces of cannabis was found, a subsequent search warrant carried out at an address near the university resulted in the discovery of further cannabis, LSD and Ecstasy tabs."
