Launch of school education tool on texting and driving

Media are invited to the launch of a new multi-media education resource to teach students about the hazards of texting while driving.

"A msg in Contxt" highlights the experience of those affected by the deaths of teenage sisters Lucy and Isabelle Simon in a crash in January 2007.

It will be launched by Transport Safety Minister Harry Duynhoven and Police Commissioner Howard Broad.

Where: The Grand Hall, Parliament House, Wellington.
