Christchurch Police wish to speak with a female who visited the deceased 63 year old Albert (Albi) Waterman at Flat 1, 126 Fitzgerald Avenue prior to the fire on Tuesday 30th June 2009.
Constable Brent Lyford says this female is not a suspect in the investigation but is believed to have visited between 3 and 4 pm and may hold information relevant to the investigation.
The female is described as;
A female European about 30 years old, with long black hair of slim build about 173cm tall wearing jeans and a black jersey. It is understood she is a friend of Albert.
