Aggravated robbery - Hastings

Police are investigating the aggravated robbery of a liquor store in Maraekakaho Road, Hastings, this evening.   The robbery took place just after 7pm and initial reports are that three people were involved.   A person working at the store sustained serious injuries during the robbery and has been taken to Hastings Hospital, where they are reported to be in a stable condition.   There is no further information available at this stage.   ENDS   Issued by Police Media Centre.
