Southland Police investigating a serious crash in the Grove Bush area this week are appealing to the public for information to assist in our enquiries.
The crash occurred on Monday 10 August on the Grove Bush Road and Rakahoka Hedgehope Road intersection, around 5:20pm, involving a heavy vehicle stock truck and trailer and a white station wagon.
Detective Mason Middlemass says two people received injuries in the crash, and one of them remains in Critical Care in hospital.
"Police are making enquiries into the circumstances of the crash and we would like to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the crash or the events leading up to the crash.
"We also ask for any motorists who were travelling on Grove Bush Road and Rakahoka Hedgehope Road who may have dashcam footage of the crash, or moments between 5pm and 5.40pm, to please get in touch."
