A man has died on private property in Leithfield earlier this week on Tuesday 10 July.
It's understood he was working on a bus at the time and became trapped by the bus which has rolled or landed on him.
Emergency services were called to the property around 4:20pm, but unfortunately the man was unable to be revived and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
He was local man 55-year-old Brent Antony Watkins.
The death will be referred to the Coroner.
