Police are concerned for the safety of missing woman Elisabeth Loughran (known as Liz). She was last seen by her family at the Plimmerton Boating Club today, 14 May 2016, at about 5:00pm.
Liz is described is a 68-year-old Caucasian woman with shoulder-length brown and grey hair. She stands about 5ft 5" tall and is of very slim build.
She has no teeth in at the moment. She was last seen wearing a green jacket, jeans, a black and yellow top and pink and green sneakers.
The Westpac rescue helicopter is in the area and Search and Rescue (SAR) are running the search. If anyone sees Liz, they are asked to contact Wellington Police on (04) 381 2000.
More information will be supplied when it comes to hand.
