Police are still in attendance at a fatal crash on Hampden-Palmerston Road near Moeraki Boulders this afternoon.
The crash involved three cars (not four as previously reported)
One person has died at the scene. One person was airlifted to Dunedin Hospital and two others were transported to Oamaru Hospital, none of their injuries are deemed life threatening.
The Serious Crash Unit is in attendance and is investigating. The road is currently down to one lane until further notice while Police complete an examination of the scene.
