Kapiti Mana Police arrest Norman HOWELL

At 1am this morning Kapiti Mana Police arrested Norman Howell at a Churton Park address.

A warrant to arrest Howell was issued after he removed his home detention electronic monitoring bracelet.

Howell will appear in Porirua District Court today.
