Attribute to Inspector Kay Lane, Road Policing Manager for Counties Manukau:
Police have charged a male following an investigation into the fatal crash at the intersection of Botany Road and Ti Rakau Drive on 28th January.
A 27 year old male was today arrested on a number of serious driving charges and appeared in the Manukau District Court this afternoon.
He is next due to appear in the Manukau District Court on Friday.
As the matter is before the courts Police are unable to comment further.
