Henderson Police are looking for 24 year old Reuben Riddell who escaped custody from the Waitakere District Court on Thursday 11 December at around 5pm. He was being remanded in custody on burglary charges.
Rueben is Maori, 172cm tall and of medium build. He is likely to be in the west Auckland area but has contacts throughout Auckland and the North Island.
Police advise that he should not be approached if seen.
Anyone who sees Reuben or knows where he can be located should call Waitakere Police on 09 839 0600. Information can be reported anonymously to the organisation Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
