The Minister of Police and Deputy Commissioner Mike Clement would like to give media the opportunity to attend a briefing at the conclusion of the Firearms Buy-back Programme.
As it is the conclusion of New Zealand’s first Buy-back, the Minister and Deputy Commissioner will discuss preliminary results as well as providing a summary of key components of the programme.
There will be ample time for questions along with the opportunity to take photographs of a collection of the prohibited firearms.
