Wellington Police have concerns for the welfare of Tracy Walsh.  She was last seen at the Rest Home Care facility at Laura Fergusson Trust in Naenae, Lower Hutt on the 3/3/14.

She has left the home, at approx 12:30pm however hasn't returned to the complex.

A note was located in her room which indicated she may be heading to either Shannon, Levin or Raumati however it's not believed she has any family or friends in these areas.

Tracy is very independent and can catch public transport easily, however is unfamiliar with the area. She was believed to be in possession of approximately $60.00 at the time she left.

She is prone to seizures, has a speech impediment and relies on a cane to walk.

She is currently on medication for her seizures, however hasn't had this for the past 2 days.

Obviously concerns are growing regarding Tracy due to the change in weather and also the fact she hasn't had her medication.

Tracy was last believed to be wearing black tights, carrying a blue and grey backpack. She is 52 years of age and has blonde shoulder length hair (based on the supplied photo). It is unsure what type of top she was wearing or what other clothing she had taken to keep warm.

If anyone locates Tracy, please contact your nearest Police Station.
