Police can now name the woman killed in a house fire in Upper Hutt on Thursday 12 August.
She was Margaret Anne Fordham - known as Terri - aged 75.
Our thoughts are with her family and loved ones.
The fire is not believed to be suspicious however Police continue to work with Fire and Emergency New Zealand to determine the cause.
